1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using gabo (the "Service"), operated by PHOSPHO INC., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

gabo is a platform that enables users to create, configure, and run AI agents. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Payment and Billing

Paid features are billed in advance on a subscription basis. Payments are processed through Stripe. You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees.

5. Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any subscription fees or charges. See our Refund Policy for details.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
  • Use AI agents created through the Service to harm, harass, or deceive others.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PHOSPHO INC. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you create using the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PHOSPHO INC. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
